Kesar Kulfi
1. 1-Liter Low Fat Milk
2. 1/4 Cup Cream (Optional)
3. 1/4 Cup Of Sugar Substitute (Adjusted To Your Sweetness)
4. 1 Sachet Celevida Kesar Elaichi Powder
1. Boil 1 Litre Of Low-Fat Milk.
2. Boil 1 Litre Of Low-Fat Milk.
3. Simmer For 30 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally.
4. Add And Mix The Sugar Substitute.
5. Simmer Till Milk Thickens (5 Minutes).
6. Mix Celevida Kesar Elaichi Powder Till It Dissolves.
7. Simmer For 5 Minutes.
8. Switch Off The Flame.
9. Allow It To Cool To Room Temperature
10. Pour The Milk Into Kulfi Moulds.
11. Add Some Crushed Almonds In Moulds (Optional).
12. Close With Lid And Set In Deep-Freezer (6-8 Hours)
13. Put Ice-Cream Stick, If Available.
14. Demould To Enjoy Your Delicious Kesar Elaichi Kulfi !
