Ginger Tonic With Chia Seeds
1. 1 Small Piece Peeled Ginger, Coarsely Chopped
2. 1 Teaspoon Honey
3. 3 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
4. 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
5. 1/2 Cup Sparkling Water Or Just Plain Water
6. 1 Scoop CurHealth Powder
7. 3-4 Mint Leaves
8 .Water
1. Blend Ginger, Honey, Lime Juice, Mint Leaves, And 1½ Cups Water Until Smooth.
2. Strain Using A Fine-Mesh Sieve.
3. Mix 1 Scoopful Of CurHealth Powder.
4. Add Chia Seeds And Keep Aside Till They Swell (8–10 Minutes).
5. Pour Tonic In Ice-Filled Glass.
6. Fill The Glass With Water
7. Garnish With Mint Leaves.
8. Your Tonic Is Ready
